What is Lamda Cyhalothrin?

Cyhalothrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide and lambda-cyhalothrin is a mixture of highly active isomers of cyhalothrin. It is a non-systemic insecticide with contact and stomach action, and repellent properties. Gives rapid knockdown and long residual activity.

How does Lamda Cyhalothrin work? (Mode of Action)

Pyrethroids affect the nervous system of an organism. They act by disrupting the gating mechanism of sodium channels that are involved in the generation and conduction of nerve impulses. Pyrethroids disrupt the sodium channel activation gate by keeping it in the open position. Delayed closing of the gate results in prolonged excitation of nerve fibers

Lambda-cyhalothrin causes rapid paralysis and death to an insect when ingested or exposed externally.

Keep out of reach of children.

Always check the label for warnings and instructions for use.
