Registered customer, the return must be received on or before 30 DAYS from the purchase date.

Non Defective Returns:

Qualify for a refund, all items must be returned new and unopened (unused), in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging and all labels, tags, containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is opened or not in its original condition. We will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, seller reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

Please be sure that you need the product before ordering. We cannot accept returns on bed bug items viz; Bed bug Heat equipment's, Bed bug proof Mattress, Box Spring, Pillow, Sleeper sofa Encasements et...) After they have left our warehouse due to the possibility of spreading bed bugs. Please contact our customer service team for defective items. If purchasing encasements please carefully measure your mattress and box spring prior to making your purchase.

A credit refund will be given upon return of items after a deduction of the original Outbound shipping cost.

With the product in order to be eligible for a full refund less the original shipping costs and prepaid return label if applicable. All returns will be inspected prior to the refund being issued.

Defective or Damaged Returns:

You may be charged a restocking fee up to 25% of item's price for used or damaged returns and up to 100% for materially different item.

Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA):

Return Merchandise Authorization number will be generate by Pest control Products Depot. You receive Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from Pest control Products Depot and Provide a Link to Print Paid return mailing label.

Refund will be processed in 15 business days once the product is received without any damage.

Incorrect / Damaged / Defective Shipments:

You may return items already damaged at the time of receipt, as well as incorrect items, without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived.

When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. We will do everything possible to assist you in resolving the issue.

Product-Specific Return Policies:

By signing for your delivery without noting the problem with your shipment on the delivery paperwork, you affirm your item was delivered to you with no damage or defect.

Returns are valid only for seller's error or if the item was damaged in shipping.

Damage or Defects found after Delivery and Inspection


If you inspect the shipment and there is not any noticeable damage, but you find concealed damage or defects after the carrier leaves.

DO NOT discard any of the shipping boxes or packing materials, including the pallet the item may have been delivered with.

DO NOT discard the product itself because it may be necessary for the carrier to inspect the item and report on the damage.

DO NOT ship the item back to seller without first being instructed to do so. Failure to comply may result in denial of a damaged item claim per the shipping carrier's claims guidelines.

Immediately contact seller to report the situation. Include helpful details, such as package condition, how it was received (left at front door / signed for), and description of the damage. If possible please attach photographs of the defective items and we will help you resolve your issue.

Returning multiple packages:

For each return requested through seller, we generally provide one return shipping label or it can be printed from your orders settings. If you find that you need multiple return shipping labels to ship multiple packages back to the Pest control products depot then contact seller to make an alternate shipping arrangements for the packages.
